Site Visits, Devices and Network Audit

We first check your current IT systems and do an audit following which we schedule a site visit with the IT team at the new location.

All critical settings are noted and server audits are done. Internet Migration and phone systems migration plans are discussed. We go through all the reports generated with the concerned IT person/relocation in charge and come up with a final plan.

We can even help with all the paperwork for the above.

IT Planning and Design for the new office

Our experts then design the network layout so all your access points, routers, printers, devices, and server room, are in the ideal locations.

If your IT consultant has come up with a network design, then we can provide the cabling, connectivity, and configuration of devices. We can provide the PABX system, Door Access control, CCTV, Access point installation, printers, etc.

We will work closely with your relocation team and fit-out contractor, to ensure all the IT requirements are carried out in accordance with furniture and data/ voice drawings.

Supervise the Packing and Transport of all IT Equipment

We closely supervise the packing and labeling of all the IT equipment. Critical devices like servers, NAS drives would be transported personally by our team.

This is an optional service, if your relocation company has already scoped this in their quote, we could still be available to supervise the physical move.

Setup and test everything is working in new office

Our move is planned in such a manner, that there is minimum disruption in your business operations.

All the packed boxes are unpacked and set up on work desks. The server room is populated with networking and server equipment. Cabling is labeled and checked. Internet and telephone connections are configured.

Network and all interconnected systems are tested. PABX system is checked, internet speed is tested, any upgrades or new equipment is configured and tested.

After move IT support

We do understand that even after moving all equipment as planned, sometimes the move might face very minor issues.  Our experts will stick around to help you troubleshoot any last-minute connectivity issues, like printers.
